对话嘉宾：张辉

　　12月21—22日，在广电总局具体指导下，由广电总局《广电企业融资上市研究》课题组、中广互联承办的“中国广电行业发展趋势年会暨投融资论坛”将在北京广电国际酒店隆重开幕。

　　北京创毅视讯科技有限公司董事长兼首席执行官张辉将出席21下午B1对话，就“CMMB统一运营模式分析 ”与业内人士进行对话。

　　以下为张辉的个人简介：

张辉博士，北京创毅视讯科技有限公司董事长兼首席执行官。

　　张辉博士毕业于美国加州大学伯克利分校，获电子工程学博士学位。担任国家移动多媒体技术联盟（Mobile Multimedia Technology Alliance, MMTA）秘书长兼技术规划组组长。曾任北京中星微电子有限公司（第一家在Nasdaq上市的中国芯片设计公司）共同创始人、董事、常务副总裁。

　　2004年荣获信息产业部授予的信息产业重大技术发明奖、北京市政府授予的北京市科学技术一等奖。

　　2005年，张辉博士荣获国务院授予的国家科技进步一等奖、美国加州伯克利大学工程学院的杰出校友奖；

　　2005年他还荣获了中关村优秀企业家称号。

　　2006年，张辉博士被北京市委、市政府授予“北京市有突出贡献的科学、技术、管理人才”。

　　2007年被评为“中关村优秀创业留学人员”。

　　2008年被评为 “第三届北京市留学人员”及“2008新媒体十大影响力创新人物”。

　　Dr.Zhang is the co-founder of Innofidei, pioneer of CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) business in China and world leading IC and system solutions provider. He is an expert in digital multimedia chip design and at the same time a proven entrepreneur with successful venture experience. Prior to his venture in Innofidei, he was the co-Founder of Vimicro, a Nasdaq listed Chinese company focusing on multimedia chip design. Dr.Zhang received his PhD degree in EE in University of California, Berkeley, USA and BS degree in University of Science &Technology, China.

　　Miscellaneous honors Dr.Zhang received includes “National Science and Technology Advancement Award” by President Hu Jintao, “Distinguished Engineering Alumni” by University of California, Berkeley, “the Outstanding Youth in Software Industry” by All-China Youth Federation, "Talent in Science, Technology and Management with Outstanding Contribution" by Beijing municipal government. He is also the Secretary-General of Mobile Multimedia Technology Alliance formed jointly by government department, all telecom operators and major telecom device manufacturers in China.
