12月21—22日，在广电总局具体指导下，由广电总局《广电企业融资上市研究》课题组、中广互联承办的“中国广电行业发展趋势年会暨投融资论坛”将在北京广电国际酒店隆重开幕。

　　北京永新视博数字电视技术有限公司副总经理张俊，将出席21下午A1对话，就“中间件与增值业务机会”与业内人士进行对话。

　　以下为张俊的个人简介：

张俊，博士后，北京永新视博数字电视技术有限公司副总经理。

　　上海交通大学博士（后），师承中国著名数字电视专家-余松煜教授，主要研究图像通信，数字视频处理及高清晰度数字电视（HDTV）。

　　在美国硅谷工作期间，专注于数字电视核心芯片的研究开发，领导研究开发数字电视ASIC芯片。

　　信息产业部－广播电视技术领域专家组专家，负责信息产业科技“十一五”计划和2020年中长期规划中，宽带数据广播和交互技术（多媒体IP传输和接收、网络电视）。

　　国家“863高科技攻关项目”：研究和开发高清晰度数字电视核心芯片SOC平台课题－负责人。

　　中国高清晰度数字电视总体组TEEG（中国政府项目－国家计委，信息产业部，广电总局领导）成员。

　　北京歌华有线电视网络股份有限公司 顾问；中国科学院自动控制研究所模式识别国家重点实验室客座研究员; Canal + Technologies (法国)公司 顾问。曾主持、或者参与设计哈尔滨，上海，北京，江西省，杭州有线数字电视系统平台。

　　在《电子学报》等国内外学报上发表学术论文二十余篇。

　　Dr. Zhang Jun is a member of the expert team of broadcast and TV technologies in MII and is in charge of broadband data broadcast and interactive technology (multimedia IP transmission and receive, IPTV) of the 11th Five Year Plan and 2020 long-term plan.

　　He is a leader of a research project of core chips (system on a chip (SOC)) for high definitive digital TV, which is an item of the State 863 Hi-tech Project.

　　Dr. Zhang is also a member of TEEG for China high definitive TV.

　　Zhang Jun is a post doctor researcher , his teacher is Professor Yu Songyu, a well-known digital TV expert in China.

　　The main research scope of Dr. Zhang is image communication, digital video processing and high definitive digital TV.
